With almost two decades of experience in the culinary realm, I’ve established Blang n Thai Bistro as a testament to my passion for food. Holding a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University, I embarked on my journey as a cook, steadily ascending the ranks to become Head Chef and eventually, Food Service Director. Now, building upon this extensive background, I proudly introduce my latest venture – a mobile food trailer. This endeavor allows me to not only fulfill my entrepreneurial aspirations but also showcase my culinary expertise in a cuisine that holds a special place in my heart.
